Tracking & delivery

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our facility.
  • Signature may be required on orders over $500 or at our discretion for security.
  • Address changes can be requested within 30 minutes of placing an order; we cannot reroute packages once shipped.
  • If a carrier marks a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please wait 24 hours, check with neighbors/building management, and then contact us.

All footwear ships in protective outer cartons to preserve the original shoe box and ensure discreet delivery.

Damaged, missing, or lost packages

Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Shipping FAQs

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on US orders of $300 or more after discounts and before tax.
What carriers do you use?
We ship with UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The carrier is selected automatically based on speed and reliability to your address.
Can I ship to a PO Box or APO/FPO?
Yes. PO Box and APO/FPO shipments are sent via USPS using eligible service levels.
Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?
Address changes can be requested within 30 minutes of ordering. Once an order has been packed or shipped, changes aren’t possible.
Will my order require a signature?
Orders over $500 may require an adult signature at delivery for security. You’ll see this noted in your shipping email.
