Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges for most new, unworn footwear purchased directly from blackgucci-shoes.com.
- Item must be purchased from our website and shipped to the original delivery address.
- Return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Exchanges limited to the same model for a different size or colorway when available.
Condition requirements
To keep returns fair for everyone, returned shoes must meet all of the following:
- Unworn and undamaged, tried on indoors only on a clean surface.
- No outsole wear, creasing, scuffs, stains, or odors.
- Includes all original packaging: branded shoe box, dust bags, tags, tissue, spare laces, and inserts.
- Ship the shoe box inside a protective outer carton. Do not tape or ship the shoe box alone.
If items arrive with missing packaging or visible wear, a refurbishment fee (up to 15% or $15 minimum for packaging replacement) may be deducted, or the return may be refused and shipped back.
Return window
- Standard: 30 days from the delivery date shown by the carrier.
- RMA validity: Ship within 14 days after your Return Authorization (RMA) is approved.
- Late returns may be refused or issued as store credit at our discretion.
How to start a return or exchange
- Locate your order number and the email used at checkout.
- Open the Return Portal below and submit your request.
- Receive your RMA approval and prepaid label instructions (US orders) by email.
- Pack items securely and drop off within 7 days of label creation.

Exchanges
- US exchanges for size are free within 30 days, pending stock availability.
- We ship the replacement once your original pair scans in with the carrier.
- If the requested size is sold out, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after your return passes inspection.
- Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the credit.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
- Gift returns are eligible for store credit if requested by the recipient.
Return shipping and fees
- United States: Use our prepaid label. A $9.95 return shipping fee is deducted from refunds. Exchanges and defective/incorrect items receive free return shipping.
- Multiple items from one order may be returned in the same box if all items are approved on the RMA.
- We are not responsible for packages lost in transit if you choose your own carrier. We recommend an insured, trackable service.
International returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping and any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees.
- Refunds include the product price only; original shipping and import fees are non-refundable.
- Mark the shipment as “Return of Merchandise” to avoid additional import charges. Keep your tracking receipt.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your shoes arrive damaged, defective, or not as ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
- Take clear photos of the issue and the shipping box label.
- We will provide a prepaid return label and ship a replacement or issue a full refund.
- Do not wear the item outdoors until we resolve the case.

Non-returnable items
- Items marked Final Sale or Clearance at checkout.
- Used, worn, altered, or damaged items (including excessive creasing or outsole wear).
- Missing or heavily damaged original packaging and accessories.
- Gift cards.
- Custom-laced or personalized items.
Extended holiday returns
Orders delivered between Nov 15 and Dec 31 may be returned until Jan 15 of the following year, provided all other eligibility requirements are met.
Order changes and cancellations
- We can modify or cancel orders before they are packed for shipment. Contact us as soon as possible.
- Once shipped, please start a return after delivery.
- Price adjustments: one-time adjustment within 7 days of purchase if the identical item (size/color) drops in price on our site. Excludes coupons, limited-time promos, and flash sales.
Authenticity assurance
Every pair we offer is sourced from verified channels and inspected for quality and authenticity. If you believe you received a product that is not authentic, contact our support team immediately for investigation and a resolution.
